The Castle of Les Baux-de-Provence

GEDEON Programmes is producing a 15-minute animated film using real images entitled Race of Eagles, Never Vassals, motto of the Lords of Les Baux. This documentary traces the history of the House of Les Baux and, by extension, that of the County of Provence, from the birth of “modern” Provence to its incorporation into the Kingdom of France. The film will be shown as part of the visitors’ program at the Castle of Les Baux-de-Provence, a listed historical monument perched on a rocky outcrop in the Alpilles.
