On the coast of Lebanon lies one of the oldest cities in the world: Byblos. During antiquity, this powerful and prosperous city was an important center of trade and cultural exchange with Egypt and Mesopotamia. Its excavation taking place for over a century, it was believed that Byblos had revealed all its secrets… But now, new discoveries and texts unveil a surprising and spectacular side of Byblos.
