GEDEON Programmes produced all 20 audiovisual installations for the City’s permanent collection, which include multiscreen projections, an optical theater, audio recordings, archive films and animated films. The International City of Gastronomy of Lyon, where health meets nutrition, offers an entertaining and interactive self-guided tour through the gastronomic history of Lyon, its top chefs, the history of the Hôtel-Dieu building, where the museum is housed, and its local produce.
